RUN FOR THE HILLS. Please spend your hard earned money on an office that will actually care about helping you. My attorney never had time for me, never called me if I requested a call, never set any expectations for communication, and never met any of my expectations that I set regarding communication. Unfortunately the lack of care flowed into the case and my daughter paid the price for it. My attorney didn’t file my financial documents in time and got my case withdrawn. This was AFTER my motion was approved and a GAL was being assigned. I asked him to refile due to the error, but that’s where the work stopped. I sent in so many emails begging for him to just pay attention and all I got back was that they’re a busy office. The motion that was previously approved, was denied the second time around. My attorney didn’t call me after court, didn’t email me. I had no contact with him until he sent me a closure letter a week after court. Mind you, there were two motions filed by opposing counsel that he had me review prior to our hearing date. I wasn’t offered representation for the motions, and when I escalated this to a supervisor, she was hands down the ugliest supervisor I’ve ever had a call with. She didn’t introduce herself, she was cold and frigid, and didn’t want to work towards resolution but instead wanted to bark like a dog. I’ve worked for fortune 100 companies, and she can definitely use escalation training. I then escalated to Tom Grieve himself but he did not respond. So just know that if you have an issue, the office and “management team” won’t do anything to help. Beware of that flat fee, because now I’m out 11K for ONE motion and left trying to find an attorney for the remaining two motions. All this office “helped” with was giving me a mental health crisis.
