If you are lucky enough and the judge appoints him Pro Bono he works just as hard. I got lucky once saved some money. Wins WAY MORE than he loses.I also just read an article his firm was chosen top 10 in Richmond by some company that ranks legal offices. The cost is what you get. Do you want to have a cheap lawyer that's going to make excuses on filing bond hearings and appeals since it costs more or do you want to pay a little more and when you lose your first bond hearing you see Sutton already headed to file an appeal pissed off before the case is finished?
