It's a great firm that helps the community with cases of falls, slips, work and car accidents, dog bites, and sexual assault. It also contributes to the community with its twice-monthly workshops to educate the community on important topics. These workshops are planned by Karina and Corina, along with attorney Kramer, who provide us with snacks and a nice environment to connect with other people and services. I recently contacted Kramer Law as a representative of a financial institution to ask a simple question regarding a mutual customer. Unfortunately, the experience was far from professional. After being transferred without any explanation or heads-up, Becky the receptionist, just passed the call along without providing any context. So I had to repeat myself. Then, instead of helpful service, I was met with dismissive and rude behavior from Natalie, the office manager who then hung up on me. Our mutual customer was present during the call and was equally shocked by the lack of professionalism. Customer service should be a priority, but based on my experience, Kramer Law fails in this regard. Due to the treatment I received, I will not be conducting any business with them moving forward, and I will be sure to share this experience with others. If you're looking for a law office that values clear communication and professionalism, I would recommend considering other options.
