Overall I had a great experience with Ben and his team. This process, at least for me, was long and frustrating. The system isn't easy to navigate. I initially went in with the idea that I worked all my life, got medically retired from the military so it should be simple. Having representation was a big relief. A lot of the system is hurry up, wait, now there's an immediate deadline that feels arbitrary, and that was prior to 2020. I'm not sure how well I would have managed on my own dealing with life changing circumstances and bureaucracy. I would definitely recommend anyone facing this challenge to seek assistance.

I am so glad Cristina Reyes is handling my case! First, she was super helpful in assisting me from the very beginning by setting up an appointment for me and informing me what documentation to bring (to facilitate my case).
