I’ve had Mike for an Attorney on a Custody case involving a grandchild. I worked at DWC & Claimants had him for their Attorney ( this is how I got to know him ) he was & is excellent in both areas! Don’t waste your TIME or MONEY. Took my money and 5 months later NOTHING has been done. Unfortunately being a lawyer he is untouchable. And you will be throwing your money away. He will pass you off to his flunky paralegal who will put your case in the drawer, forget about it, and continue to send you bills. Please don’t make the same mistake I did. I’m not sure how he can even walk down the street safely with the way he and his firm screw people over. I suppose that’s why he spends more time on vacation than working. I urge you, don’t waste your time and money. You will end up broke and with your hands tied.

Mr. Werner is very professional and experienced in family law. He gets the job done while keeping open communication about anything happening with your case. I would highly recommend him for any custody matters that are in the best interest of your child. I can't thank him enough for everything he has done, so here I am to make sure other people know that he is good at what he does!
