First I will say this firm was recommended to us so we thought we would give them a try but first impressions are everything the lady at the receptionist desk was not the most welcoming as we were first timers and then we were meet with and attorney Ben walking out saying so who's paying never once heard why we were there just asked for money I asked was he not going to hear what happened needless to say he was not very interested in what we had to say concerning the issue he just wanted the money months went by before the court date he never reached out he never even called when we had the ice storm to say court was canceled did the research on our own finally get to court and he had absolutely no fight in him and he did not fight for my son at all no empathy no compassion no grit just a.money chaser I see several reviews how great this firm is and with the recommendation we received we thought so too but if they want to continue to get good reviews they may want to drop the dead weight none one wants to be treated less then when their already going through maybe we need to be yt to get excellent service.

What a great lawyer. From day one he took the time to talk to me, gave me a better price than everyone in the city and walked me through the toughest day of my life. Claiborne is a stand up guy. He even drove me to court. Dealing with the Feds is a tough thing, but he navigated me through and got me the best deal I could get. Highly recommend .

It If I could give a negative star I would. The staff is so RUDE. You pay your money and you don’t hear anything about the case. They just want you to keep paying them. They always try to talk over you. They always have a nasty attitude. The reception is so very rude I wouldn’t hire this law firm for my pet dog. If you want to give your money away go right ahead.when you call the office he is never in the office, they only called me when they figured out I hired another attorney.

I was facing a D.U.I charge in Arkansas. It was a scary situation at first. Mr Ferguson and his staff showed me so much support. His staff answered any concerns that I had and provided me with necessary documentation that I need through out my case. Thank God that Mr Ferguson got my case dismissed. Best lawyer in the city.
