I hired Irene Haude to represent myself and (minor) daughter for a probate case. I initially met with Ms. Haude and Mr. John Beam for a consultation, hiring their firm immediately. (Let me mention that I had multiple consultations with other firms before hiring Equitus Law) Both Ms. Haude & Mr. Beam are very knowledgeable and professional leading me to highly recommending Irene Haude and Equitus Law Firm. Their secretary, Susan, is also super professional and always so kind and helpful on the phone. All phone calls, emails, etc; are always promptly addressed and followed up on. I am so thankful to have Ms. Haude representing me through the probate process and would not consider anyone else. She is kind, compassionate, honest, professional and will find the answers/solutions to her clients needs. I appreciate this firm so much!

He took advantage of an volable adult (deemed incompetent by local hospital staff) and Mr. Beam had My dad to sign a new Power of Attorney and charged my dad a lot of money and the Probate court kicked out the new Power of attorney and also kicked his bill out so Me and My Mom didn't have to pay His bill and He is holding it against Me and My Mom. I apologized to Him and He accepted, but to clams to be a Christian Man He didn't return My calls nor other Family Members calls. He told me that he would look into out current attorney and He never called me back to let me know one way or the other. If your looking for follow though go else where and if this is the way a Christian Man acts I couldn't whole heart-ally recommend him. He also let me stay in a house with out heat and I called him asking for help and He didn't do anything and I had to freeze in a cold house and I was forced to watch my little dog die because of lack of heat in the house and I couldn't find anyone to take care of My Emotional Support Dog. This happened in February 2020 and I still can not get over loosing my Support Dog.

I have known John Beam for several years. He is a very good and trusting man. He has helped me on several occasions. He is one of the best lawyers in Nashville that i know of. If i ever need his help again, I sure would contact him again for his legal services
