SHANNON STOEZTER out of the PITTSBURGH office is amazing helpful fast responding and really cares about the clients... he's helped me in a pinch on a few occasions where I've tried to reach out and left voicemail to others with NO response... He goes above and beyond to make sure you get all the right answers and if he's unsure he uses all his resources to make sure you will get the help you need... good employees are hard to come by and most make you feel like just another number BUT not Shannon... just writing this to show my appreciation...April

UPDATE: And, I'm posting the update before my original review, because I was wrong... there are secretaries and phone operators and such to get through. Just like every business. They cant just take any and all calls, they have important things to do. However, when reached, and at the center, of Chaffin Luhana, is a heart. Good people with big hearts and the best intentions to truly help. I am pleasantly surprised. Its refreshing to find people who restore faith in humanity. I apologize, sincerely, for my incorrect initial impression, and the remarks that followed. Im proud to be represented by this law firm! I am currently homeless, disabled, and barely getting by. I applied for presettlememt funding to try to save my own life, and that of my service dog. And Chaffin Luhana keeps preventing from happening. Giving just enough details for me to get denied. Since it doesn't cost them either way, I don't know why the malicious intent. Every time I call, I'm talked to like I'm stupid. Because I guess I'm not good enough for them to be wasting their time talking to. They have a social worker who was told to contact me, she did. But she dismissed me as well. Coming from someone who genuinely just needed help, and anyone to be here for me in this, the lack of humanity and compassion, is absolutely appalling. People aren't people or important to these people. Dollar signs are the only thing that matter to them. Theirs, not the clients, Dollar signs, that is. Update: EVERY SINGLE TIME I CALL, EVERYONE IS IN A MEETING, AND NEVER CALLS YOU BACK. YOUR REPLY IS NICE AND ALL. BUT NOTHING BUT A FAIRY TALE OF LIES. YOU PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYONE. JUST WHAT THEY CAN DO FOR YOU. I AM DESPERATELY JUST BEGGING FOR HELP. AND....NOTHING. I FOUND SEVERAL LENDING AGENCIES THAT WANTED TO AND WERE WILLING TO WORK WITH ME, AND HELP ME. BUT BASED ON THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY MY LAW FIRM, THEY WERE UNABLE TO. AND THAT IS A QUOTE FROM ONE OF THEM.
