If you are looking for an attorney that gives you facts, is straight forward and doesn’t sugarcoat things, Attorney Newell is your person for the job. He might tell you things that you don’t want to hear, but this is far better than giving you hope based on nothing. The fact that he takes his time out of his busy schedule to answer each and every review, just proves his work ethics and how much each case means to him.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I have experienced a very traumatic experience regarding the poor care at a veterinary hospital that resulted in the death of my dog 3 weeks before my wedding in which he was supposed to be my ring bearer. the emotional distress I have encountered along with I have just been calling around to find someone to get some legal advise from. Mr. Newell is a very cold hearted individual and that was based off less than a 2 minute conversation. I'm not looking for a payout because my dog was killed. I was looking for advise on where to go to get disciplinary actions against the vet. But Mr. Newell didn't even give me a second to say that. His response before even hearing what I was looking for was "dogs aren't humans" so you got it buddy and there's a warm place in h*** waiting for you. In response to Mr. Newell since I was ever so rude you had to block me: I Was very kind even when hanging up. I simply stated "Im going to hang up now, thank you" so where I was rude I'm a little confused. If someone is calling you because you are listed as an Animal Lawyer and they start with veterinary malpractice They have probably experienced something at the very least a minor traumatic experience. You should maybe not start with any phrase regarding dogs not being human. It's very insulting. Obviously my dog is not a human but veterinary malpractice is a real thing. Veterinary malpractice occurs when a veterinarian's substandard care or negligence directly harms an animal, resulting in injury, illness, or death. It's essentially the same as medical malpractice, but for animals. So in saying he's not a human disregarded the nature of my call and I would not like to hear any more from someone who has no empathy even as a lawyer. That is not someone I would want advice from now or in the future. So I said "Im going to hang up now, thank you". You should clarify yourself on google as a dog bite lawyer; rather than an animal lawyer so people don't get confused. You even thought I was someone from the previous week so obviously you get these calls a lot. Kind regards, Rosemary

I cannot speak highly enough of Attorney Newell. Being attacked by a dog was a traumatic and one of the most terrifying experiences of my life. Attorney Newell understood and acknowledged all the feelings and experiences that come from it. He helped me and my family by handling all legal matters and communication, so I could focus on healing. He regularly kept in touch by phone and email, updating and advising me. Never was I passed over to another person to speak with or handle my case. Attorney Newell made sure to give careful attention to everything. I’m thankful to have been recommended to him.

I had an excellent experience with Attorney Newell. Not only did he secure me a settlement that exceeded my expectations, but his communication throughout the process was outstanding. He kept me informed every step of the way and was always available to answer my questions. I highly recommend Attorney Newell for anyone in need of a dedicated and effective attorney.
