Kind and professional staff, but legal advice would consistently change without new information. I spent the same amount of money on an inadequate out-of-court resolution as I would have simply fighting for my case and likely winning. I had my situation reviewed by three other law firms (after the case was closed and they had nothing to gain) and they all stated I was unfortunately ill-advised. I was hesitant to write a poor review because I appreciate the care and sensitivity staff takes, and the special rates for animal cases simply out of love for the field, but I cannot recommend anyone use their services.
