i had been struggling to find a divorce attorney who could help me navigate the complex legal system for over 2 years. Heath Davis has been an absolute pleasure to work with. His father's rights knowledge is second to none and he represents his clients brilliantly!

Do not hire. He will not fight for you. He will lead you around telling you he will deal with issues and get back to you tomorrow then does nothing and seems to work with the opposing attorney who he seems to be friends with. Goes to court and does nothing to fight for you or your child or deal with any of the issues you have. There have been nothing but issues and never any resolution or attempts to fight for my son or I. He will give the opposing attorney whatever they want and then not do anything for you or even get what he offered you to agree to what they want. He even waited until a month after visitation was ordered to tell me I could have visitation when I had been asking him the whole time how I can see my son, like he was against me seeing him and even tried to talk me out of doing supervised visits. He stands on fathers rights yet does nothing for fathers but waste our time and money. What a waste of 5 months and thousands of dollars, now I have to get a new attorney which I should have done in the beginning. You're a fool if you hire him.
