If ur a father, going through a custody battle don't use Jeffery Hawkins, he threw away my case for a piece of chocolate from the judge. I had made all the appropriate objections and filings prior to Jeffrey making his appearance as my attorney, one bribe of a piece of chocolate from Judge Guiletto and he dismissed all my objections and walked away with $2000, leaving me without a defense for my appeal or an attorney for trial. He promised to make a change of custody filing, and did not. He is not a fathers attorney and i would avoid him at all cost of ur in a high conflict custody battle and need a good attorney. He is not ur guy. His loyalty lies with the magistrates and judges and will throw ur case away if it benefits him in the long run.
