When searching for a law firm to use in my child’s dog bite case, Charles took the time to see how we were doing from the beginning. He did not just see us a an easy case that he knew would get paid out. Other law firms went right into the business of the case rather than take my three year old into consideration. Charles and team (Mark)were there for us every step of the way and made this process very easy. They handled the billing questions and anything to do with the insurance company on the other end. I never once had to deal with the hassle of any part of this case. Charles and team (Mark)did a great job of communicating what we needed to do and what was going on. Any time I needed to come into the office that were very accommodating to our schedule. Charles even met with us on non normal business hours so that he could meet with my husband whose schedule never lined up with their normal business hours.
