When our golden retriever suffered a serious injury at the groomer, the groomer’s insurance company offered to only pay a small portion of the significant medical bills even though it was 100% their negligence. We needed help and are so happy and thankful that we found Calley. She took the time to really listen and started to formulate options for us right away. In the end because of Calley we were able to get full payment for the medical bills that we had requested. We can’t say enough about the personal attention and great advice we received and her way of negotiating. Gerber Animal Law is Highly recommended by us!!
If I could give her more stars, I would. We scheduled Calley for an initial consult. She gave us the news we did not want to hear (our chances of winning were not great) but ultimately gave us the closure we needed. She did not hang up the phone until she knew she had left us better off than we were. She went above and beyond in offering me resources outside of just legal advice. Truly an amazing person.
I've gone through a very traumatic event with my puppy suddenly and unexpectedly passing away. I was never offered the chance through autopsy to see what caused her death and did not know that this was an option or that it even existed until Calley told me about it. Unfortunately, without that, there isnt much Cally could do for my sweet puppy. But what she did do, I am grateful for. She told me where to go and how to file formal complaints to the board. During our phone call, she was very reassuring and it ended up being more of a healing session than anything. She helped me to realize that, yes, the loss of my puppy will always be difficult, but as a dog person, my heart will someday let another puppy in when they need me. Thank you Calley. I would give you more than 5 stars if I could.
