Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional Experience from Start to Finish If you're looking for a law firm that takes your money and then goes completely silent, look no further. After making my payment, I received zero updates on my case. I messaged through the client portal—no response. I called the office and was met with rudeness from the person who answered. The cherry on top? The next day, I received an early morning call from the attorney herself—not to apologize or provide an update, but to lecture me about "professionalism" while raising her voice. Ironically, this call was the most effort and urgency I saw from the firm the entire time. If only that same energy had been directed toward actually working on my case, we might have made some progress. I suppose professionalism now includes yelling at clients and ignoring them for days. The office itself is another story. A dog was freely roaming around, even jumping on my daughter. I have nothing against animals, but being greeted by a random, smelly dog in a law office is not exactly the image of a "serious business." The entire office had a musty, unpleasant odor—not exactly welcoming or professional. should have turned around the moment I opened the door and caught a strong whiff of dog and musty furniture. After nearly a month, absolutely nothing had been done on my case. she refunded my money—by check. And didn’t even bother to spell my name correctly. A fitting end to a completely careless and unprofessional experience. The same day I hired a new attorney, and saw more progress within 24 hours than I did in an entire month with this firm. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration—go elsewhere for legal services.

Once custody and ED is heard I will post my google review. I used the Hatley Law firm in 2011 and Attorney Hatley represented me at that time. In 2018 I reached out to the firm for a custody modification and this time it was with Jessica Flowers who also tried using in 2023. Due the relationship with another firm I will wait to post my review due to possible retaliation. The 3stars do NOT represent my review. It will be updated at a later date.

I had a great experience working with attorney Jessica Flowers. I recently hired her to represent me in a Child Support Enforcement case, and she was able to achieve the outcome I was hoping for. Standing next to her in court, I witnessed firsthand her deep knowledge of the law and her genuine passion for advocating on behalf of her clients.
