The staff at McGrath was very kind, but I had an exceptionally poor experience with Atty. Juli Hincks. She refused to listen to my concerns and was rude and condescending toward me. When you choose an attorney, you expect proper advocacy, and this was a sensitive matter regarding my infant son. I’m not sure if she was intimidated by the experience of our opposing counsel, but when I showed how desperate for advocacy I was as a mother, I was met with criticizing remarks and resistance to help me. At best, I would say Atty. Hincks was an administrative assistant to me while I advocated for my child. I feel that other potential clients dealing with matters regarding family and child custody have a right to know what kind of service they are likely to receive.
