603 Legal Aid

Jessica Erazo claims to be someone who fights AGAINST Domestic Violence/Abuse, but she's actually someone who promotes and fights FOR Domestic Violence/Abuse by women against men. I reached out to 603 Legal Aid trying to get assistance with legal representation and they told me "This is not their area of expertise and would not be able to help me" because they're protecting their own attorney. I have court documents to back this up and show how vigorously she's supporting a Domestic Abuser in not only abusing me but also abusing and neglecting my children. I wouldn't recommend 603 Legal Aid to anyone because they're not going to help you at all.

There Motto should say Corruption For All instead of Justice for all. This place is useless just like the State is useless. They Allow housing authorities and property managers to take advantage of low income ppl!!!

Doesn’t call clients back in a timely manner, even after you get matched with an advocate (even that took over a month). I am now losing custody of my child to a rapist. They are here to serve the low-income households yet they DONT. Lives are being ruined and traumas are being created because this group DOESNT ADVOCATE FOR YOU. Even after a chat with Emma, the deputy director, they don’t call you back or stay in touch. Find yourself another “free” entity to work with because 603 Legal Aid will help you LOSE your case!

I'm guessing that this organization has been helpful to many, but in my case, they were not. I called due to an issue I was experiencing, and stayed on hold for over 20 minutes. They offered a callback option according to your place in the phone queue, which I opted in for. I was third in line to speak with someone. I never received a call back. I waited all day with my phone by my side so as not to miss the call. Never happened. I'm not sure why, or what happened. Thankfully I was able to resolve the matter on my own. However, when you call a place designed to provide legal aid to those who are in need of advice, the very least you can do is to respond. And that very simple act never happened.
