Please be very careful selecting an attorney that handles CPS cases involving children being removed from the home an in custody with children's division. Please consider interviewing attorneys (at least a couple) before making a decision. Also, be mindful with your resources, and get updates on billing. If you are looking for an attorney that will provide guidance and direction and fight for your civil and constitutional rights, please, please look elsewhere. Most likely provides solid representation outside of this type of case. She is very professional, but communication, answering emails, informing client, and what will be addressed at hearings are at best 1 star, professionalism 5 stars. Hopes this helps.
