When I hired Mandee Pingel to represent the interests of my child I was promised a fierce litigator with a no holds barred approach. As I was dealing with a narcissistic, high-conflict ex this is exactly the type of attorney I needed and I was willing to pay her higher than average rates. Unfortunately, what I experienced was an attorney who was slow to communicate and address my questions and concerns (sometimes not addressing them at all) and a team that was error prone (I was charged for emails with the team when I was correcting their grammatical errors) and forgetful (the paralegal forgot to include documents pertaining to our evidence at trial). When my concerns were raised all I received were excuses and promises to do better which never materialized. I would not recommend Mandee Pingel and her team unless you enjoy overpaying for the feeling of frustration.

I waited 3 weeks to replace my attorney Leslie Lawson with a non-conflict attorney that was not friends with the Burmeister group and would actually represent a client that paid them good money for their expertise. I get to the meeting and Mandee won’t take on my case. She knows Kelle Burmeister Gilmore as well. I asked the group 2 times prior to the meeting if there was a “conflict of interest”. At least Mandee did the right thing and refunded my money for the waste of time, even though I didn’t ask for it. I will find an attorney that does their job, no matter if they know the Burmeisters or Not. All I want is a fair and civil divorce. Corruption and games are not for me!
