As a Judge he showed nothing but understanding and compassion for my case against animal control. And was very in tune of what was trying to take place. I was scared and thought that not having someone to represent me and my dog that justice would not prevail, but I was very wrong. My dog and I won our case against animal control and Judge Klopfenstein was fair and listened to every detail and we won our case. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Yes, he is hard to get ahold of. But if it's important that you talk to him , keep calling... 2 times a day if you need to. He did what seemed impossible for me, selflessly. Mr. Klopfenstein, is a business man and knows his business and conducts accordingly.

Missed my daughter's court date, didn't keep track of medical records, also has been over year since the wreck. He refused to keep his own appointments, didn't bother even calling to cancel the appointments. He is a scam!!! Also has the poorest communication of any attorney ever known. Letting BBB know!!!

If I could I wouldn’t even give him one star. He is an awful lawyer. Doesn’t do any of the work, no communications what so ever. Never calls his clients back. He never informs his clients of court dates or ANYTHING! He will take your money ignore your calls and fail you in the court room. I would not recommend anyone hiring him!

You could say He has represented me couple times in court ... Just a couple.... Hes a great person. Honest straight forward fair, good witt, Trusted confidante. He doesnt leave you worried, hes got a good rapport with most any or all courts. Highly recommend. For any type of court case Traffic, probate, civil, are what hes handled for me
