My wife called for a free consultation regarding her ex-husband paying unlawful reduced child support. She spoke with Robin Henley over the phone, and the entire conversation she felt he was demeaning and condescending. When she had a question regarding her ex-husband threatening to fight of partial custody, Robin told her, "Custody? Do you mean if your ex-husband tried to take the kids? Don't use legal term." We are pursuing a legal matter from several states away, and I'm glad we shopped around for lawyers, because Robin Henley did nothing to soothe my wife's worries, empathize with her, or give her any hope for the copious back-pay she is owed from her ex-husband. Every other lawyer we spoke with did these things. I can't imagine how he would expect to earn any sort of business when exhibiting such callous, uncaring behaviors. Or, in case you've been told not to use legal terms: he was mean.
