Without any probable cause or clear justification, my case was inexplicably dropped. Instead of feeling represented and supported, I was blindsided by the outcome and left to piece together what had occurred through fragments of inadequate communication. The abrupt dismissal of my case—without proper explanation, consultation, or strategy—was not only unprofessional but deeply unsettling. What is most disheartening is the absence of genuine advocacy throughout the process. A client turns to legal counsel in moments of uncertainty and vulnerability, trusting that their concerns will be defended with diligence and sincerity. Instead, my experience reflected a passive and disengaged approach that made me feel more like an afterthought than a valued client whose rights and future were at stake. Bart has a great team that is awesome to work with. They make it so easy. I was really happy with their knowledge & expertise with fire claims and commercial property claims. The staff is nice, competent, and I love his dog!

To make it short and accurate....he's good. I am disabled and I was having problems collecting from my insurance company after the big wind storm. He had someone from his office deliver to my house all of the forms I needed to sign and he got my claim settled to perfection. Thank you Bart Denham
