I asked about potential outcomes before paying the retainer and then he said he didn't want to work with me. That makes me think he'll take your money without concern about a beneficial outcome. Response to owner: You are being deceptive again. You said you will help with it after I pay the $1k retainer. You were more than happy to take the case until I asked about potential outcomes.
