Chris Gilley and his paralegal Kathy have been over charging my son for their services. He was asked back in April to file for joint custody for my son, he did not do so. He just kept continuing the case. He also missed the last court date for my son’s case. My son has been contacting them asking about the joint agreement they kept giving him the run around. My son kept calling to ask about the agreement being sent, and instead of handling it they just kept charging but not doing the job they were hired to do. Finally they claim they sent it over on 8/15/25, it doesn’t appear that it was sent. We are almost at two weeks and not a word. They are the worst. They are only out for swindling you out of money. They don’t care about you or your case. They fool you at first and pretend to be so caring. Then they show their true colors and drop the ball in every aspect.
