The Volunteer Lawyer Program

Today, we were granted guardianship of our adult daughter with the help of VLP. I don't know what we would have done without the expert help of Mary Anne and the attorneys who provided pro bono assistance. We have such gratitude for this organization.

The family lawyer was super unprofessional. Once she called me back, I didn’t even get a hello. She immediately starts giving me unnecessary attitude. She asked why I was calling, I try to explain and mid story, she cuts me off, says “I can’t help you” and hangs up. She has got to be the most unprofessional lawyer I’ve ever came into contact with. Please don’t choose here if you need help with custody, they WILL deny you.

I only say four stars because there's always room for improvement. However, the time and effort that the staff at the VLP provides to the community is priceless. Depending on different situations and circumstances(of course), this program will give you peace of mind. Thank you VLP!
