DePaul University - College of Law
I wish they offered animal law consistently, they offer it every other year and unfortunately even that is focused on pets rather than animals that suffer the most: farm animals. I watched Dominion and all I want now is a good law course focused on protection of farm animals. Especially given the fact that birds have almost zero law protection. Given that debeaking, grounding up chickens, r-a-p ing cows and artificial impregnation, slaughtering animals for food (pleasure), rodeos, zoos, etc are still common practices and these animals are completely neglected. I want someone like Steven Wise and what he does for non-human rights. DePaul has the potential and should do it!
