I had an incident that happened to me in December 2024. I contact the top dog law mid December. They were fast to get all the information but that’s about it. my case has been assigned to two separate people and they both seem to be doing the same thing feeding me the line that they’re waiting on my medical records I haven’t heard anything every time from them in the last month I cannot get in contact with them. They do not return calls. They do not return emails. The communication is slim to none.I still have not heard anything back from them. they keep saying they’re waiting on my medical records. I know that it only takes maybe 30 days for medical records to be sent so I don’t know what the holdup is. This company has a big bark but a small bite!!!

I called they responded quick. I feel like I’m in the loop of everything. Communication been good even with call backs
