Receptionist is rude and acts like you are being annoying by asking for help. They don't call you back like they say they will. I contacted the attorney general and showed him the poor google reviews.

I just called to get some information about getting help with some custody issues and the person who answered the phone told me "all the paperwork is online for free, and unless your a victim of domestic violence we will not help you" told me good luck and hung up the phone, if you only do domestic violence then you should probably list that on the website and be a tiny bit more respectful to people when talking to them.

Legal Aid,has always been at my best interest! When iv needed professional help with an attorney helping me with the laws, they've always been there for me!! As a Senior citizen and being disabled, they recognize my needs!! They are very honest about everything I need to know!! They have never misled me!! So when I need help,I call them! And their always there for me!! Thank you for all your help!! Sincerely Monica C.

I tried to find out if they could help with tenet rights or if tenets in Idaho even have any rights. It doesn't seem so, it's been my experience that the landlords can do what ever they want and the state of Idaho let's them get away with it! The lady on the phone said she couldn't answer any questions! How rediculess is that!? 🙄

I contacted them twice and spoke to the receptionist both times. I am going through a custody issue and need help. I was referred to legal aid so I called the number that google gave me. The receptionist was very short and curt with me. I explained the situation, and she simply asked me if I was a victim of abuse. I said no, and she informed me that there was nothing they can do for me unless I was abused. I thought that was odd, so I did some more digging on there website and saw that they do family law for Native Americans. That was great because I am Native American. So I called the number associated with Native Americans on their website. I got the same woman again. I explained to her the situation again. She told me the same thing. I advised her that I am Native American, and she told me that I have to live on some reservation in Nevada for them to help me. I even read what it says on their website to her to explain my confusion. She just said sorry, and they only get government grants to help people who have been abused. So needless to say this was a joke. They really need to change the wording on there website. Very deceptive!!!
