I recently had the pleasure of working with Trevor Potts and his father Dennis. I ended up in an unfortunate situation where my son was attacked by a German Shepherd, and had puncture wounds on his arm and a large gash on his back. This was an unprovoked dog attack by an irresponsible dog owner with all of that to say, Trevor took the case on with nothing but pure intentions to help us seek justice for what had happened to my son. This litigation played out for a couple of years going into what would’ve been a third year and Trevor has been extremely responsive throughout the process, very thorough and has always made it a priority to not only walk us through the litigation process, but inform us on our options through every step of the way. Additionally, because my son was young at the time of the incident, he always made it a priority to take into account the traumatic situation that had happened to him- He made a point to always check on our son to make sure he was ok.
