Serious Concerns, Minimal Urgency from the State Attorney’s Office Our community has brought forward repeated concerns regarding misconduct, abuse, and potential criminal activity tied to the Tradewinds HOA — including reports of elder abuse, organized harassment, animal cruelty, and financial irregularities exceeding $2 million annually. While some contact has occurred, the lack of urgency is alarming given the severity of the claims. Multiple residents have submitted documented evidence, testimonies, and formal communications, yet there’s been no visible action, update, or Sense Of Priority. We are not asking for miracles — just acknowledgment, transparency, and timely engagement from the office sworn to protect the public. The people in our community, many of them vulnerable, deserve better.
