I would not choose Stewart if your case is very complicated, involves abuse, or a high level of manipulation from the opposing party. She blamed us for every false allegation made by the opposing party. She seemed to routinely take the ad litem's word over ours and scolded us every time the ad litem got mad at us for false accusations made by the opposing attorney. I'm sure she will defend you to the end if she understands your case and likes you. Not so much if she believes the ad litem and opposing attorney over her own client. In that case you just get stalled, told lies, and then fired at a crucial point in the case.

Called Andy for some advice, and he gladly provided it. He was not obligated to do so because what I asked him for was not his area of coverage. However, he did offer to find someone for me who had the expertise I needed. He was disappointed that he couldn't help, and so was I, but the conversation, concern, and his guidance will be well remembered...especially if I need him - which I hope I do not.
