Tracy was honest and always acted in my best interest. Tracy said we probably shouldn't move forward with my termination case because the odds didn't seem in my favor, and I'd probably spend lots of money for nothing. It was much appreciated that she didn't drag me along just to keep my case going. I also think it's neat that Tracy and Cassidy aren't afraid to ask coworkers for help or input on different parts of my case/s. If they weren't sure on something, or they wanted to hear other lawyers' experiences with similar cases, they asked and got feedback for us to use with our decision making with my case.
Maleah did an amazing job. I reached out to modern law for help with a complex case over 3 1/2 years for an evidentiary hearing. I was looking for something specific and she was all the boxes I was looking for and then some. She was clear and understanding and empathic. Resolved this without having to do trial instead an agreement was made by all parties saving stress and money. But most importantly truly going above and beyond by helping reunify a family. All the stress was so small compared to prior to having her along with Samantha doing amazing work getting everything together and organizing. I will highly recommend to anyone dealing with family court. I am beyond thankful and blessed to have had this team work for me.
Had the best experience with Israel Ortega! I was a little apprehensive, meeting with a man to discuss my situation with my coparent. BUT he not only heard, he listened to all of my struggles, and most importantly looked at it with an open mind and supported my concerns, gave excellent advice and really really cared about the best interest of my child. Kylie worked hard to make sure I received a fair outcome and that's exactly what happened. She was understanding and knew how important my kids are to me and knew that I felt like I was in an impossible situation. Kylie was determined, compassionate, professional, and advocated for my family throughout the entire process. The opposing counsel in my case was aggressive and did everything they could to wear me down by dragging out my case over and over again but Kylie didn't let them intimidate or discourage me for one minute and focused only on the truth instead. In the end the most important thing for my family happened and I was granted joint custody so now my kids are given equal time with both parents which in their case is what's best for them. No father should ever have to go through what I went through but if they do they should definitely consider someone like Kylie to represent them. Modern Law does not back down and makes sure their whole staff treats you with dignity in what is a very stressful process. I will always recommend them.
